Delivery

UK delivery is the only delivery option we offer at present (for all online orders). Please call if you wish to make other arrangements.

Deliveries are made between 9am and 5.30pm Monday to Friday excluding Bank Holidays.

A signature may be required as proof of receipt of the goods.

Please supply a contact number when ordering, which can be forwarded to the Courier (if applicable).

You should specify a delivery address and contact number, where someone can sign for safe receipt of the items.

VAT

Our products are subject to VAT and all prices shown on this site are inclusive of VAT.

Payment Methods

The total order cost will be charged to your credit or debit card at the time the order is made. We accept Mastercard, Visa, Switch and Solo. All card transactions are encrypted and conducted over secure servers. Please note that we are under no obligation to accept any order placed by you and we will not be treated as having accepted any such order until you have received confirmation from us that we have done so.

Refund policy

In the unlikely event that we are not able to fulfil your order after payment, you will receive a full refund. If there is an error in fulfilment of your order, please contact us and we will correct the error or refund as necessary. We reserve the right to request return of items before a refund will be issued.

All our products are guaranteed against faulty workmanship/parts for 12 months unless otherwise stated. In addition we operate a No Quibble Guarantee - return the unused goods to us within 7 days in their original packaging for a FULL REFUND, cost of transport is for our customer account. Complaints should be made within 7 days by email or letter. All other products are covered by the manufacturers warranty.

Faulty Goods

If any goods are found to be damaged on delivery or appear to be faulty please contact us immediately before returning anything. We can then provide a return authorisation and record the fault, but sometimes identify the problem, if you are in any doubt about the product.

Goods are to be returned by the customer and must be sent by a carrier or postal service of sufficient value cover and in sufficient packaging as to protect the product. In transportation this method must also obtain a signature on delivery. Unfortunately we cannot except liability for goods unless or until signed for by authorised personnel of Aluisa Beads Ltd at our named official address by registered post.

Credit Card Security

Credit card numbers are not held on this website. A credit card number will be requested only when within the secure area of our ProSage Payment Service Provider (indicated by the appearance ' https ' in your address bar or a padlock in the frame of your browser).
